My winter break is coming to an end soon so the pace of translation will rapidly decrease. Rest assure, I'm still very much in the fandom!
With a beautiful appearance and a penetrating gaze, Matsujun has left several indelible impressions in the dramas he’s appeared in. It could be the fault of the characters he’s cast in, he has the image of a cool guy. However, the other members say that he’s really gentle and serious. In addition, he enthusiastically plays a hands on role in the production of Arashi’s concerts and displays love and passion. A man with a surprising number of different faces!

Aiba Masaki is a person who “lives in the now.” Without worrying about what’s happening around him, he fully drinks in the moment and expresses his feelings of gratitude with all his strength. In any case, the important thing is to enjoy life with a smile. In fact, that scintillating smile of his has become his greatest message.

While his acting skills have been highly rated by world famous producers and directors, Nino claims that everything [his projects] was derived from the work that Arashi received. “It wasn’t like I had a particular interest in acting.” A self-proclaimed “Arashi’s No. 1 fan”, he freely demonstrates the love for Arashi as though he’s been married to the group.

He is wholehearted when it comes to his favorite things like art, fishing and dance. Rather than an idol, the air which Ohno-kun exudes resembles more of an artist. Whilst he can calm and soothe the environment around him by just being there, he wows the crowd with his spectacular dances. With a profound personality like his, once you’ve gotten to know him you won’t be able to forget.

The miracle that is right by your side – the scene as seen by the five members
Arashi welcomes their tenth anniversary this year. They are featured prominently in dramas, commercials, variety shows and performances. There are many who have said that they admire or feel comforted by the trust and friendship displayed by the five members. The older they become, the greater the popularity and attention they gather. “It’s definitely not a group which took short cuts. However, we’re proud to say that we took a detour in order to become who we are today.” Whilst every member has a charming personality, when the five of them come together they weld, with exquisite balance, an irresistible power. [lit: to split a bamboo all the way] The miracle which they chanced upon on the path which they travelled together and the scenery which they gazed upon is…?
